Editorial notes and authorship

Updated 3 October 2026

Authorship and scope

ScaleWiki is the publisher name used for these educational materials. Articles are explanatory references and hypothetical design exercises. They are not reports of systems operated by an asserted team of experts. No professional biography is offered as a substitute for verifiable sources.

Sources and added analysis

Technical standards and official documentation support protocol and product-specific facts. Source links belong near the relevant discussion or in a references section. A linked document supports the claim described beside it; it does not independently validate every calculation or recommendation in the article.

Worked examples contribute assumptions, calculations, competing choices and failure cases. Their numbers are illustrative, not production benchmarks. Describing a company-inspired product does not establish how that company currently implements it.

Tools and assistance

Software and AI-assisted editing have been used to improve this site. This is not a claim of independent expert peer review. The diagrams are simplified teaching models. Code examples and estimates require validation in the environment where you intend to use them.

Dates and corrections

An article’s update date records a content revision. It is not a guarantee that every linked product detail is current. If a claim is wrong, report the page URL, the sentence or example, and a primary source or reproducible counterexample through the contact form. Do not send credentials or private system data.

The October 2026 revision reframed company case studies as worked design exercises, corrected calculation and simulation errors, and added the capacity lab. Further corrections should be made in the affected article rather than hidden behind a general disclaimer.
